The Crazyradio is a 2.4 GHz radio USB dongle. Currently it's only used to communicate with the Crazyflie Nano Quadcopter but it can be adopted to work with a number of applications that are based on the low-cost 2.4 GHz chips from Nordic Semiconductor.

I am not using the Bitcraze VM because it is unable to detect the Crazyflie 2.0 connection via USB nor the radio dongle. For Crazyradio, I think the master thesis guys implemented the double buffering functionalities of USB endpoints. I am not so sure of what they did since I was not involved in the thesis back then.
